If I go to the link I gave you I see two *sets* of links.

The first, numbered 1, has pictures of the Windows and Linux logos. These
*seem* to lead to US English versions. The Windows one comes from The
Netherlands (.nl).

The second, numbered 2, has three lines: Linux RPM, Linux Deb and Windows. I
clicked the Windows version and started getting a .exe file with "_pt" in
its name. Yes it comes from a .cz server but I can get the file. What I
actually get from clicking here is *two* files: the US English version *and*
the Portuguese language pack. Please try this and tell us *exactly* what
happens.

If you get error messages then I can only assume your ISP is blocking you
for some reason. If this happens, let us know and we'll see what we can do
toy get the files to you.
