[users] I can't print all of the instructions!!!!!

I keep getting lots of stupid header pages and only the first actual page of 
the instructions. I have tried highlighting portions and right click and print, 
same thing! No matter what I do, I only get the first page and then lots of 
blank sheets. Has anyone else had this problem?  I don't want to download 
without having the instructions!  Thank you.  Jill
