Through message>create filter I am trying to create a filter to automatically move email from this group into its own folder called users-help.
The problem is that it will not run, and sometimes temporarily locks up the system . I have set up the parameter that if [EMAIL PROTECTED] is contained in the body it should be moved to a specified sub folder. I have read somewhere that there have been some issues with the feature and was wondering if there is any kind of reliable fix.
