Well, the simplest answer is - you can always save in Microsoft Office
file formats from OpenOffice.org. You can even make that your default.
The not as simple option is to have the folks with Microsoft Office
install an addon that allows them to read OpenOffice.org file formats,
from what reviews I have read on that it may not be quite ready for
prime time. So if you must exchange files with MSO users, I would
recommend you save as MSO file formats.
