I suppose you mean printing a datatbase form. There was indeed is a bug in 2.3 it has been reported, it has been fixed. The official release of the 2.3.1 is a number of weeks away still, however,
The snapshot of the 2.3.1 is available for community testing as of yesterday. If you can not wait for the official 2.3.1 release this would be the only option available.
