Wolfgang,

The only Quattro Pro import filter that I can find in Open Office Calc
v 2.3is for Quattro Pro 6 which used a .wb2 file extension. I believe
Quattro Pro
6 was a DOS version of the product. If you've selected the Quattro Pro 6
import filter and the files are not .wb2 files they will not appear in the
file list.

I've used several Windows versions of Quattro Pro and believe the file
extensions were always .wbs.

I tried importing one of my .wbs files using the Quattro Pro 6 import filter
and it didn't work. I also tired renaming the file, giving it a .wb2
extension, and then importing. That still didn't work.

I suggest you try using Quattro Pro to convert your existing files to Quatro
Pro 6 format and then attempt to open in Calc to see if that works. If that
doesn't work then use Quattro Pro to save the files as Excel or Lotus 1-2-3
files and then open them in Calc.
