It hangs with Load document in the the Status bar. If I try to close SO or OO 
at this point, Windows is telling me the program is not responding. There is no 
progress bar indication. When it stops hanging the data is presented 
immediately.

OO or SO is open. I close it and load it from the menu File Recent Documents 
time after time with the same result.

It's extremely slow when opening the same data in Excel-format takes a second.
