[users] Mailing Labels

I am a novice with computers and a new at OOo.  I want to print mailing 
labels.  I have labored for 3 days trying to get a sheet of labels.  I 
am using Thunderbird address book.  I have created a separate mailing 
list and named it "Embarq Retirees."  I have just entered 2 people for a 
test.  I actually will have about 250!  I then went to OOo and 
established a database.  I think I did it wrong, but can't find a way to 
clear out what I did and start over.  Anyway, I can access the database 
but it will only take one of the two names and make a whole sheet (30 
labels) of just one name.  Please help me set this up correctly.  I have 
volunteered to make these labels for a retiree organization and I hate 
to tell them I am too dumb to get the job done.
