I previously had installed openoffice.org.2 on my system.

"print preview" before going to print.
Today I updated to OPENOFFICE.ORG.2.3 and this facility no longer seems to

The "page prieview " does not give me what I want.

The way you do it in OpenOffice is File > Page Preview. However, you say
that does not give you what you want. Maybe you need to describe in more
detail what it is you want, and why Page Preview does not provide that.
