Because you have a tab stop on that line set at 3.6 cm, and the page number is stopping there. Put the cursor in that line and then drag the tab marker off the horizontal ruler, and you will see the page number spring to its correct place at the right margin.
You have similar stray tabs in each of the other two lines, in fact, but in each case the text finishes after the tab, so the tab does not catch the page number.
