The text is not something I typed myself (see first message). I have
however changed the font, format, size, etc. When I print a single page
it is still chopped off. Looking at the preview of 4 pages, it's as if
the entire document is shifted right. (if you are looking at it how you
would read it) The left margin is bigger than it should be and the
right margin is nonexistent.

Have you tried creating a pdf of the document? I have seen issues where
the printer driver was causing issues with OOo and creating a pdf
indicated the issue.
If there are some strange codes on the imported document, then it could
be causing some issues with printing. This is a case for reveal codes
as in WordPerfect. I have had this issue in the past with imported
documents.
As others have said, create a clean document for a test to see if
something in the copied document is causing the problem.
