You must send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] from your
[EMAIL PROTECTED] email address. And all you need in this email is the
"To" part of the email filled in. You do not need a subject nor any
message. You will receive a confirmation email to which you should reply.
The mail server for this list will automatically remove your invalid
address after a month.
