I trust you downloaded a free copy from www.openoffice.org.I purchased that also, and to let you know. They won't respond, so what I did was, I called my cc company and they put in a dispute for me and took it off of my bill. This company is ridiculous and then I also reported it as being a rip off Crystal There are a few "vendors" who are giving OpenOffice a bad name by charging for something that is free and not delivering or delivering something that causes problems. They also tarnish vendors who provide a CD at reasonalble cost. While it is legal for anyone to sell OpenOffice, I wish there were some way to stop those, such as this vendor, who cause these problems. |
