Complete idiot. He posted about 5 or 6 months ago (sometime within the past several months) trying to pitch a sales proposition to OpenOffice.org company. We all responded in much the same fashion as this time by telling him he had posted to a public mailling list and that OpenOffice.org the company does not really exist. A few weeks later he made the same threats as now against the "company" of OpenOffice.org for putting what he said was supposed to be a private e-mail on a public archive. Again we responded as we did this time.
