File>Wizards>Install New Dictionaries and then follow the instructions
to download, separately, spelling dictionaries, hyphenation dictionaries
and thesauri for any of umpteen different languages. Of course you can
have several languages installed and choose to write an individual
document in a single language or in multiple languages with each
word/paragraph being correctly spell checked in its own language
depending on how you set things up.

in which chapters 6 and 7 discuss the concept of "styles" which is the
