Dear Sirs,

I recently downloaded OpenOffice 2.3 and the Java "attachment" as it seemed to
be related/connected. After I had done this I found I could not access the
secure area of either my ISP's web site or my energy providers web site. My
telephone providers web site secure area however, remained accessable. As the
only thing that had changed was the addition of Java, I decided to remove it.
Once I had removed it, I had full access to the secure areas. Was this to be
expected and in deed are you aware of this stuation? What is the purpose and
advantage of Java? All I know is that it is a computer language.

Regards,

Ken Collyer
