[users] unable to install THESAURUS

hello, 
        I am unable to operate / install  the thesaurus module. I have tried 
following the help topic  tools-options-language settings-writing aids 
-available language etc but no  luck, I can still not activate the THESAURUS 
module. 
Can you help?
