To increase the number of sheets in Calc, right click on a sheet tab at
the bottom. Select "Insert sheet" from the context menu. You can add
several sheets at one time if you so desire.
To change font colors, go to the capital A with an empty rectangle
under it. When the cursor is over the A, it highlights an arrow just to
the right of the A as well. Click the arrow to open the Font colors
window. Click the color you want, and any text you type after that will
have the color you chose.
