The first thing to do is to verify that the documents are correct before
sending them out. Also, are you using the "eamil" option of OO, or
saving them and sending them with a regular mail client as an
attachment? If using the OO email and having trouble, try it the other
way - save the files, verify they are OK, and use something else to mail
them. This will help pinpoint the problem.
