[users] OpenOffice will not start on startup

I have version 1.1.0.  I get an error message on start-up as follows: 
OpenOffice.org cannot be started due to an error accessing OpenOffice.org 
configuration data internal error GetStorage, name "No Content!

Any help would be apprciated.  Thank you. Carrie Morash
