Well, it seems to me that this is not a OpenOffice issue, but rather a Leopard issue. In any case, you don't give us any information as to where you had installed OpenOffice, how you accomplished the OS upgrade, etc. Rest assured that reasonably current versions of OOo will run on Leopard.

However, several Leopard users have reported problems with the new X11, so you might also try the "X11-free" NeoOffice: http:// www.neooffice.org/neojava/en/index.php .
