I can't print Open Office Spreadsheet Data.
The data information appears on screen, but File-Print Preview and
Print produces only
"Sheet 1" at the top of the page and "Page 1" at the bottom.
A test email with attachment produces the same result.
My operating system is Windows 95
One possibility is that a print range is defined which includes no
printable cells. Go to Format | Print Ranges > | Remove to remove
any you have on the current sheet. Does that help? A print range
defined on another - possibly unused - sheet can prevent printing of
what you see on the current sheet, though I don't think that can
produce exactly the symptoms you describe.
Another possibility is that the cells containing values have been
formatted not to print. Select the relevant cells (or the whole
sheet?) and go to Format | Cells... (or right-click | Format
Cells...) and then the Cell Protection tab. Is "Hide when printing"
under Print ticked? If so, remove this tick.
(I'm slightly guessing here, as I don't have a version as old as 1.1
installed, and I'm experimenting with 2.3 instead.)
I trust this helps.
