I've still some research on my agenda, because not all situations can be
handled correctly on converting ... as far as I can judge know. Just due
to the fact the MsO doesn't know the page style concept.

IIRC, the question is can we preserve different headers footers by
conversion, and if so, doesn't that break the conversion of different
margins.
But as said, really digging this out is on my agenda, and not likely to
be done soon.
Maybe that discussion helps and you can give the right direction :-)
