Go to http://download.openoffice.org/2.3.0/index.html
There is a list of links down the right hand side of the page under
"Additional information".
First read the Installation Instructions; then read the Set Up Guide.
Then, if you have specific questions, come back here telling us exactly
what you did and exactly what happened, including the exact text of any
error messages. Also tell us which version of which Operating System you
are using and which version of OpenOffice (version x.y does not exist).
