It can be found at your local PC software store. I think a free 30 days trial version can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com. Of course you have to pay for it if you want to use it after the 30 days. If you only want to view PowerPoint files, go to www.microsoft.com and search for PowerPoint viewer. It's free but unusable if you want to create your own stuff. It's just a viewer. However, this is an OpenOffice.org user's mailing list and the main reason this list exists is to helping each other out with OpenOffice.org, NOT with PowerPoint and other products not related to the OpenOffice.org project. Good luck with your new PowerPoint installation when you bought it and installed it. Just be aware that it will ONLY work with Windows, so if you change to MacOS, FreeBSD, Linux etc, your copy of PowerPoint is useless. If you start using Mac, I think there is a PowerPoint version for it, but then you have to pay for it all over again. For other operating systems, just forget about PowerPoint (it MIGHT work with Wine on a Linux system though, but also it might not). J.R.
