and my problem is this; I had a virus several sevral moths ago and Dell fixed 
it for me. I was using"WORKS" for my writings and it was suggested I download 
all documents before they took the virus out. I did. Now I can't open the 
disc's.Can using openoffice open these for me. Maureen and thank you also
