Version 1.9.109 was a beta version for 2.0.0. What you need to do is to
download version 2.3.0. And since you are using Win XP, first you need to
uninstall 1.9.109 using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Once you
have uninstalled 1.9.109, then install 2.3.0.
