Hi The screenshots are not attached (my erroneous description) but incorporated into the e-mail but I presume you cant see them. Ill try in words:
The opening error dialogue box says: "The system cannot open the device or file specified" The option of retry does nothing, but clicking on cancel opens another dialogue box which gives the following message: Internal Error 2755 110 followed by the standard reference to the files folder.
