Hopefully the following steps will help you.
The problem lies in your anti-virus and/or firewall. To work around this
problem do the following:
1) Disconnect the computer from the Internet: unplug the phone line or RJ45
cable.
2) Turn off any anti-virus or firewall you may have.
3) Install OpenOffice.org.
4) Turn on any anti-virus or firewall you may have. MAKE SURE THEY ARE
WORKING PROPERLY BEFORE GOING TO STEP 5.
5) Reconnect the computer to the Internet: plug in the phone line or RJ45
cable.
