Theresa They have decided to sell something that's available for free, but that's entirely legal, though some vendors appear more ethical than others.  They are no more representing OpenOffice, than a corner store is representing the product manufactures.  Many of those vendors provide a CD for those who cannot download OpenOffice.  Others are selling no more than a download link and nothing else.  Those ones should be avoided. --
