Two ways:
o Go to Tools | Options... | OpenOffice.org Base | Databases.
or:
o Go to View | Data Sources, right-click in the list of registered
databases and select "Registered databases...".
In either case, you can then select and choose to delete any
entries. What you delete, I believe, is the registration and hence
availability of the database, not the source database itself.
