With a greeting like that, it has to be from an Aussie!
You don't say what version of OpenOffice.org you are using or what
operating system/version (Windows - XP, Vista, - Mac, Linux)
It is not clear just what your problem is. By "text" do you mean font?
If you have a sample which is not confidential you could send it to me
(off-list) and I will see if I can work out what is going on.
You could also try putting a sample on a web page such as
http://www.mytempdir.com/ and posting the link back to the list. Then
many potential helpers could have a look.
