You can't download parts of OO.o, it's all or nothing. To do that,
click on the green "Download" icon at the OO.o web site, and follow the
instructions.

If all you want to do is install the UK (or other) dictionary, use
File-Wizards - Install new dictionaries and you can choose whatever
version you wish from those available.
