Search for "print ranges" in the "Help" function. You may also want to check out the Calc documentation, available from: http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/index.html Your printer driver software may also have the ability and option to shrink sheets to fit on a single page. Hope this helps. Dave - -- This is a mailing list which exists to support users of OpenOffice.org All answers are given by other users who volunteer their time.
