Have you defined the print ranges? Search for "print ranges" in the
"Help" function. You may also want to check out the Calc documentation,
available from:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/index.html

Your printer driver software may also have the ability and option to
shrink sheets to fit on a single page.
