[users] Problem with open an applications in Open Office org 2.3

All applications Open Office I have in my computer can't be opened directly,bat 
only trough a "Recovery window of Open Office org"
It appert after automaticly opening the e-mail with pictures.Now all new 
appliicatios are olso opening only by same recovery window !!!
How I can remove this error?
