This is a public, open to all users, forum, might I suggest you change
your password ASAP to which ever service you use the password, revealed
above for.
On the matter of Fresh-Leads.net, I cannot begin to understand what you
have downloaded from them. Leads....what are leads. OpenOffice is a free
Office package, rather like Microsoft Office, and in fact file
compatible with many variants of that package. It is a free download
from www.openoffice.org I hope this has been helpful, if not I suggest
seeking help from someone near you who is a bit more computer savy.
