do you mean XMP metadata? Those are not currently implemented in OOo
PDF export filter.
Currently only the OOo document data accessed through File >
Properties... on tab 'Description' are added as PDF document
information.
They are: Title, Subject, Keywords, Comments.
On 2.4 there will be a new PDF/A export feature, exporting the XMP
metadata requested by the ISO standard (clause 6.7 of the standard).
