Yes, you are right;
that seems to be a bug in Spanish help ...

(I've seen, there are even more invalid shortcuts inside the
Spanish List of General Shortcut Keys in OpenOffice.org,
e.g.
- Control + N - Crea un documento nuevo -
no -> negrita [bold]
- Control + S - Guarda el documento actual -
no -> subrayado [underlined] ...)

As I have seen, it seems to be the same bug in
Spanish (language pack) OOo 2.3.1rc1 ...
