To edward: First of all, it is obvious you DID NOT order it from OOo
direct, because it is FREE when doing it that way and can be downloaded
over the web. Secondly, since all the people who are on this site are
offering help for FREE, also. Now, there is one person who sells a
manual for OOo 2.3 and that is Solveig Haugland, but she does NOT sell
the program, at all! Wherever you ordered the discs and manual from, you
need to check with them about it.
