As to your $19.99 purchase of a disk, OpenOffice.org itself does not
sell any disks containing OpenOffice.org which is available as a free
download at http://www.openoffice.org . However some third party people
do sell OpenOffice.org on disk for those who don’t have computers
powerful enough to reasonably download OpenOffice.org or who do not wish
to obtain OpenOffice.org via a download. This is quite legal, but all
such doings are not officially authorized by OpenOffice.org (though
certainly not at all forbidden). Accordingly, for any problems with the
persons from whom you purchased the disk, you will have to deal with
them directly.
I also suggest you might try to avoid listing both your email address
and phone number in an open web forum such as this one.
