Please include the following in your "canned response": http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/ While it's on the download page: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html Other * CD-ROMs It's not really clear that that the user can obtain CD's from distributors. That link also provides some clear warnings + lists of OOo CD distributors by region.
