The outline feature in writer does not work consistently, and is difficult to correct. When adding a new line to my outline, I will frequently get the wrong level indicator for the level of outline I am on (II instead of 1, 2 instead of III). Using the increase/decrease indent only perpetuates the incorrect labelling. Sometimes the level indicator will change when the level is increased or decreased (often not appropriately), and sometimes it remains the same but moves forward or backward according to the direction chosen.
