Bonjour Marion, You registered with the French users list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), but you sent your question to the English users list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). The 1935 error is caused by your antivirus and/or firewall protection. The solution is: download, then disconnect from internet, switch off your antivirus and firwall programs, install OOo, reactivate your protection before connecting again to internet.
