If your computer meets the hardware requirements, you can use the
current version (2.3.1), though you won't be able to use the latest
version of Java, so download the version of OpenOffice without Java. I
believe Windows 98 support only up to Java v1.4.2. I don't know about
OpenOffice v1.1.5 in other languages.
