[users] ASC11 filter options

I tried to find the answer on your site but could not.  My computer won't let 
me open any file using open office!  I always get a dialog box, I try every 
combination and all I get is mumbo jumbo!  I need help and I wish there was a 
phone number to call.  I need a simple answer!
