I too have problems reading small print. I solve the problem by setting my browser to display in a larger clearer font. If you let me know what browser you use I will try to tell you how to do this. But I'm afraid that I do not run Windows so could not give you directions for Internet Explorer. There is a massive amount of documentation. I would not have thought that it would be feasible to pront it all out, let alone post it.
