I've searched high and low, thinking I had a file with the "fix" for this problem, and I can't find it, nor the answer on searching helps, etc. One thing that Word does very well, as I was reminded today by a client, is to start numbering pages with whatever number you want it to use. How does one start with whatever number for the first page and have OO number the remaining pages correctly?
