Hello Lydia,

In your Programs (or Applications) folder, you'll find the OOo 2.0.3 folder
(it has the OOo icon instead of a folder icon). Drag it to the trash. You
might also want to clean up the OOo 2.0.3 folder in your Library >
Application Support.
Beware because things like extra dictionaries you installed, autocorrect
specifications and the like may end up in the trash. Better put them in a
safe place, like the corresponding place in your OOo 2.3, before emptying
the trash!

Maybe it's wiser (if you have the space on your hard disk) to a wait a bit
before clearing out the previous version.
