Hope I'm doing this the correct way, can't find anything on the web site as  
to how, so am replying to the regular digest received.
 
Managed to search the forums for this and found out how to find a paragraph  
mark, (way back in 2004) but can't fathom how to find a double paragraph  mark 
and replace it with just one. This is where you hit the enter key twice in  a 
document, and you want to replace the double with just one hard return or  
paragraph mark. Can anyone help please?
