[users] PPS problem

When opening my e-mails with pps -annexe the presentation starts with a first 
image and with the music .
Every time ( by all and at least ten occasions ) the music stops as soon as the 
presentation goes over to the second image . The rest of the image presentation 
goes on to the end but without sound .
What can I do ? Thanks .
